KENNA GALLUS, RYT 500
My Journey with yoga began in 2010 while living in Arizona with my husband. I was homesick and in search
of something that would make me feel better. I had minimal previous experience with yoga but had an
undeniable feeling that I should seek it out. I found a studio and it became like a home to me.
The love and support that I was shown was indescribable and it made me know that this was where I belonged.
After returning to Minnesota I started my 200 hour teacher training with Mary Beth Nehl at Yoga Loft in Willmar.
I completed the program in 2012 and went on to complete my 500 hour training in the summer of 2015.
In the summer of 2016 under the guidance of Dr. Indu Arora I completed an Advanced Yoga Therapy program and was able to take my teaching and personal practice to a whole new level.
The love and compassion I was shown in this practice is what inspired me to walk this path. It is my hope that every person who enters the space, leaves feeling that same love and compassion. I truly believe that yoga is a work-in and not just a
work-out. It is my mission to provide a safe, loving environment to guide and support each individual
throughout all stages of their yogic journey.
