Vinyasa Flow This class is designed for intermediate students with basic knowledge of the practice who have had some experience with yoga. A flow style practice we move with our breath. Sun salutations, standing, balance, strength and inverted poses can be expected. As with all classes we always end with a nice long savasana.
All Levels Yoga- This class is designed for all levels. We start at a slower pace and work our way up to standing, balance, and strengthening poses. There is variety to the style of this class and we love to explore and try new things. We also alternate doing a flow one week and Yin the next. Yin is a more passive style focusing on the deeper tissues of the body. We take our poses
to the first point of resistance and hold for extended periods. Typically 3-5 minutes. This class is often more
mentally than physically challenging as we are sitting in stillness for these periods.
A great option for those wanting a more meditative practice.
*Health@Work This is an all levels class designed to improve strength, flexibility and balance.
A great pick-me-up for the middle of the day.
*This class is located in the aerobics studio in the Haehn Campus Center on campus-CSB
and has separate pricing from the rest of my classes
